Neighborhood Watch

Will you help your crazy neighbor? A mentally ill young man thinks he witnesses a woman being kidnapped, finding police unwilling to believe his story due to his mental history. Frustrated, he reluctantly turns to his next door neighbor a bitter retired security guard to help him. The two misfits risk danger at every turn to not only find the woman but to give meaning to their isolated lives.
