Shaheed - E - Mohabbat Boota Singh

Based on a true story, Boota Singh, who served on the Burma front, had just returned to his village hoping to have a family of his own. He rescues Zainab, who was being chased by Sikh youth. She marries him, and give birth to a daughter. In 1952, India and Pakistan agreed to depart all such women who were left behind in riots. Zainab was departed to Pakistan and was married off to his cousin.
