Boo Yong-joo, a renowned surgeon, disappears after a trauma and resurfaces as Kim Sa-bu, working at remote Doldam Hospital. There, he mentors young doctors Kang Dong-joo and Yoon Seo-jeong, teaching them to prioritize patient care over power and money. Sa-bu guides the pair in becoming great doctors, while navigating Doldam's challenges and his own past.
